NewTown University Hospital; School of Healing Arts and Sciences is a teaching hospital with accredited degree programs in health care, integrative medicine, chiropractic, naturopathy, various kinds of bodywork, and other healing modalities following the models of Bastyr University in Seattle, WA and Heartwood Institute in Garberville, CA. The hospital will train doctors regarding health care, with training in the anatomy and physiology of the body, in order to administer care to patients with the goal of restoration of function and the relief of suffering and dysfunction. There are various health arts and various licensed doctors within different disciplines.
